  provided to the injured employee to take to the doctor to review for physical appropriateness of the chosen vocation/training.

  How to effectively complete an application and interview. Will include tips on how to explain gaps in employment history and reasons for leaving your last job.
• Mock Interview
  Video tapped and reviewed with the injured employee.
• Pre-screened Employer Lists (cold calls)
• Written Summary of Services Provided.
